Mr David Robinson’s Ideal Candy made her racecourse debut at Wetherby yesterday and ran well enough to suggest she’ll learn from the experience and know more about her job next time.
The 100 Club’s horse, Yoredoingwell (stable name ‘Nelson’) was at Hexham yesterday for the second race of his career, giving members another day out at the races as owners.
Finishing 9th of 13, the way he ran gave more positives than his position may suggest and members can look forward to following his progress over the coming months.
Crakehall Lad put in another great effort and was beaten only a neck at Nottingham last night. He stumbled slightly as the horses turned into the home straight then didn’t get the clearest of run, so he would have been even closer!
Python (owned by Dave Carter) put in a promising effort at Hamilton this evening.
Dudette seemed to have come on a lot for her debut and in her second hurdle race finished a pleasing fourth at Southwell.
Racemaker continued his good recent form with a battling 3rd place at Ripon yesterday.
