Members of The 100 Club gathered for Wetherby’s Boxing Day meeting to support Jacarno and Along Came Theo.
Jac was brought down in his race when a horse fell in front of him but thankfully he suffered no injury.
Theo gave them plenty to cheer as he looked to have his race won only to have the victory snatched from him close home by the champion jockey-ridden favourite.
Runners at two meetings on Boxing Day:
Members of The 100 Club will be out in force at Wetherby to support Along Came Theo in the 1.05 race and Jacarno in the 3.20.
Meanwhile Just Call Me Jenni makes her belated racecourse debut for owner Marg Hodgson in the Sedgefield Bumper.
Good Luck to all owners and safe home to all horses & jockeys.
Andy and his staff wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Like many in racing, the next week is likely to be a busy time for the yard with several horses entered at different meetings over two days.
The 100 Club horse, Along Came Theo has two entries this week and members will be keeping their fingers crossed that the current spell of winter weather doesn’t restrict his options.
5% shares are available in Lord Franklin, who has already won 11 races in his career. He will hopefully make his hurdling debut at either Sedgefield on Boxing Day or Wetherby the day after.
Shares cost just £350 (including VAT) and then an all-inclusive fee of £80 +VAT per month.
